TECHNICIAN

OVERVIEW

Technicians are the execution engine of our company. While BDRs bring in plumber referrals and Sales Reps sell the job, Technicians deliver the work that proves we are the trusted restoration partner. Your mission is to perform high-quality water mitigation, dry-out, and mold abatement services with professionalism, precision, and empathy—protecting customer property, health, and peace of mind.

YOUR PURPOSE

Technicians are the proof of promise. Every plumber referral and every sale is only as good as the work we deliver in the home. You carry the trust of the plumber, the Sales Rep, and the entire company on your shoulders. A technician’s professionalism, skill, and care are what turn a single referral into repeat business and long-term reputation.

YOUR MISSION

TO ENSURE EVERY CUSTOMER'S HOME IS CLEAN & SAFE
